Project Love® Remember the Children Foundation is a character-building education and training organization. Through workshops, community events, leadership training and media programs, Project Love-Purple America empowers teens and adults to create a culture of kindness, caring and respect by putting their values-in-action wherever they go.
Project Love is a non-profit character education organization. We have several ways that you can volunteer to help us fulfill our mission to promote kindness, caring and mutual respect among, for and through our children.
We frequently need volunteer assistance at our community events. These events are inspiring and often heartwarming events, as we recognize adults and teens who are making a positive difference in schools, their communities locally and nationally. Our events draw between 300 – 1500 guests. Our volunteers often comment on how rewarding it is to be a part of an event that has good news to share, and how happy they are to meet the people that we recognize.
These events include: Searching For Teen Leaders/Good News Day in May; Kickoff for Kindness in November; A Celebration of Goodness Breakfast in late October; and Rescuer of Humanity Awards Dinner in early December. Volunteers assist with registration, seating guests, distributing materials & assist with pre-planned decorations.
Like any growing non-profit service organization, Project Love is interested in networking with other businesses and organizations. If you would like to have a representative from Project Love speak to your business or community organization, we would be more than happy to make arrangements. We would be happy to speak to parent organizations as well.
Project Love also has a need for volunteers to assist with assembling materials for student seminars and media kits, and assistance with mass mailing projects.
